What the heck happened to erinhiscocks.com? Where's the blog that used to be here?
Both are excellent questions. Due to a freak ftp accident on Saturday, Feb 14, 2009, I lost all my content while attempting to make some minor URL changes. After spending hours trying to restore, retrieve and otherwise recover my content without success, I was altogether too frustrated and exhausted to even post a placeholder page. My apologies to anyone who clicked over here in the intervening week.
The plan is to move my blog from the main page to make room for additional content and add a link to Jason's blog - which will also be hosted here on erinhiscocks.com. Please forgive the current state of things. There are dead links, some of the content on this page is irrelevant, I will be taking time to correct these issues in the very near future. I promise.
I'm all about crafting. In 2008, I kept myself busy running jewellery by erin, designing and hand-crafting jewellery; I have taken a break from that.
Over the past couple of months, I have been rediscovering crochet and learning how to knit. I also enjoy card-making, and prefer to give hand-made cards for most occasions.
Jason's biggest passion is railway history, he's even a member of the Board of Directors for our local Railway Museum, if you'd like to read more about that, check out his blog.
He also loves photography and videography, a few years ago he launched an indy film production company, and made a few short films. Eventually, I'm hoping to add a gallery of his work to the site.
